About Me

My name is Gracie Vautrin, and I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. I am currently attending the University of Nevada, Reno, where I am pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. My education is important to me because I hope to build a career where I can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

One of my biggest goals is to become a forensic interviewer. Due to personal experiences I have gone through, I developed a strong passion for helping survivors feel heard, supported, and safe during difficult moments. I understand how important compassion, patience, and trust can be, and I hope to become someone who can provide that support to other girls and individuals going through similar situations.

My past experiences have given me a deeper sense of empathy and a desire to advocate for others. Rather than allowing hardship to define me, I want to use it as motivation to help people heal and navigate challenging circumstances.

I also have a background in gymnastics, which taught me discipline, resilience, and determination. Through school, work, and life experiences, I have learned the importance of perseverance, leadership, and staying strong through adversity.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, fitness, traveling, and continuing to grow into the best version of myself.
